| 1. Is there a grill at Mr. Sunshine or Good Day Sunshine? Since both Mr. Sunshine and Good Day Sunshine are wooden buildings and have wood decks, we do not provide a grill at those locations. Guests who wish to grill outdoors may want to purchase a charcoal grill. If so, please use it either on the sand on the beach or on the parking lot side of Mr. Sunshine or Good Day Sunshine. There are grills on the grounds at Emerald Dunes (the location of Alpha Waves) for guests to use. |

| 5. What if a hurricane hits while we are staying at your places? If a mandatory evacuation is ordered, we will refund your rental from the date of the evacuation. For more information, please read our Terms and Conditions. |
| 6. How do I reserve your vacation homes? Just call us at 1-800-871-0285 and we will take down all the information. We require a deposit, which is actually an advance partial payment of the rent. This is done with any major credit card. |
